Class 6A Homework

  • Class of 09/08, 09/22, 10/06 The purpose of yoga homework is to reiterate and supplement what is taught in the yoga class.  We hope it will help students to explore and familiarize themselves with all aspects of yoga. We make an attempt to to talk about the eight limbs of yoga in each class.  The next few weeks we will be talking about  Satya(Yama) and Shaucha (Niyama).  Please discuss these with your children when you get a chance. Homework for rest of the year has been posted in the folder attached below.  Students are expected to do one sheet per class.  Finished homework may be brought to the teacher or emailed to us at yoga@balvihar-stlouis.org.  Homework for 6th graders is ...
