Tadasana (Mountain Pose)
Vrikshasana(Tree Pose)
Garudasana(Eagle Pose)
Malasana(Garland Pose)
Uttanasana(Forward Bend)
Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend)
Janu Sirsasana (Head-to-Knee Forward Bend)
 
Most of today's practice focused on balance, extending the spine, and stretching the hamstrings.
