Rigorous Warm ups
Padmasana (Lotus) and it's variations
Adho Mukha Mandukasana (Frog Pose)
Ardha baddha padmasasana (standing half bound lotus)- variation .
Uthanasana (Forward Bend)
Surya Namaskara (Sun Salutations)
