NAMASTE and Happy New Year to all Parents of 1A!

Today, we practiced yoga asanas involving backward bends. Each asana involves arching the back in different ways. Backward bends improve flexibility in the spinal column. They also help relieve tension.

Bitilasana - Cow Pose

Ustrasana – Camel Pose

Bhujangasana – Cobra Pose

Eka Pada Rajakapotasana – One- Legged King Pigeon Pose

Dhanurasana – Bow Pose
