Warm Ups - For warm ups we did jumping-jacks, swing arms from side to side and gentle body stretches. In addition we did warm ups on our back which includes rock and roll and spine stretches.

Trikonasana - Triangle Pose

Bhujangasana - Cobra Pose

Balasana - Child Pose

Savasana - Corpse Pose

and ended class with OMKAR
