We started out with a bike pedaling exercise and then we did a spine warm up, with seated cat-cow, lateral stretches and gentle twists.

Next we did a series of forward bends – Uthanasana (Standing Forward Bend), Ardha Uthansana (Standing Half Forward Bend), Prasaritha Padothansana (Wide Legged Forward Bend), Ananda Balasana (Happy Baby Pose).

From there we sat in a lotus position with our hands in Namaste position and all chanted OM at the same time. It was so soothing. Then we rolled gently to our backs and relaxed for Savasana.
