We began our class by talking about the eight fold path and the three yam as ahimsa, satya, and asteya. We then did warm-ups and played a warm-up game where we made "pizza". We then did a review of many of the poses we've learned so far this year: tadasana, vrikshashana, triangle pose, forward bend, dancer's pose, eagle pose, chair pose, and child's pose. We ended with shavansana or relaxation pose. |
